LUKE GRIGG

is the founder and director of C3P, currently based in Washington State.

In 2011, Luke Grigg ventured from his small farm town of Quincy, Washington, beginning his next two years as a Rotary International ambassador in Peru and Israel. There, he uncovered an intrinsic need to document the human stories of the dynamic worlds and lives he encountered. This desire led Luke to Los Angeles in 2013, where he studied film at UCLA with a focus in Interpretive Digital Media.

By way of the old cliché, though genuinely not cliché at all, Luke found himself in pursuing understanding of the greater world in which he lives. He believes the true power of art lies in its (cap)ability to tell real stories of real people, helping recognize their value in knowing them.

His passion for first-person narrative and finding the most natural way of driving story forward is the very foundation of his work. From documentary to narrative, from top-tier collegiate athletes to underprivileged families of local housing projects, the heart of his work is cemented not in which stories are told, but in how they are told. Luke Grigg, with Circle3Productions, seeks to create art that brings people together by telling stories and telling them right, to promote and facilitate communication and understanding by raising voices and sharing realities.
